At Résidences Soleil, we are conscious of the elderly persons’ ability to pay, that they no longer have the capacity to increase their revenue. We therefore focus on the long term. This is why at the Résidences Soleil, increases are based on Statistics Canada’s cost of living index, which enables people who have the means to live in the Résidences Soleil today, to always be able to do so.
In addition, not being subsidized, our residents who are eligible (low income) may have the right to the Dwelling Allowance program, as well as the Tax Credit Respecting Home-Support for Seniors.
In addition, to reassure our residents and future residents, we have developed:
* Programs unique to Les Résidences Soleil
